Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Due to high demand and the nature of our international supply chain, please expect the following delivery times:

United States, United Kingdom, Australia: 7 to 15 business days.

Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days.
Please note: These are estimated delivery times. While we do everything in our power to ensure your order is delivered on time, occasionally delays may occur due to customs processing, high volume of orders, or postal service disruptions that are out of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update in the postal system. You can track your order directly on our website or through your local postal service once the package arrives in your country.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Lost or Stolen Packages
SprayComb is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier with the information provided to you on our tracking page.
